Refund Policy for CP3® B.V.

1. Overview

CP3 provides brand intelligence and AI-assisted marketing tools on a subscription basis. This Refund Policy explains when you may receive a refund, how to request one, and how refunds interact with cancellations and your statutory rights.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd (“Paddle”) as merchant of record. By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle’s applicable buyer terms.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee (First Paid Subscription)

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first paid subscription charge for CP3 Standard and Premium plans (monthly or annual).

Eligible if:

  • ·This is your organisation’s first paid CP3 subscription.
  • ·You request a refund within 14 calendar days of the charge date.
  • ·Your account is in good standing (not terminated for breach of our Terms of Service).

Not eligible:

  • ·Renewal charges (monthly or annual).
  • ·Upgrade or prorated charges after your initial purchase.
  • ·Enterprise or custom-contract subscriptions (unless stated in your agreement).
  • ·Accounts suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.

Free trial: If you use our 14-day free trial and are charged when the trial ends, the guarantee period begins on the date of that first charge. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged and no refund is necessary.

3. How to Request a Refund

  • 1.Cancel your subscription in your CP3 account (Settings → Subscription), or contact us to cancel.
  • 2.Email billing@cp3.ai within 14 days of your first paid charge.
  • 3.Include: subject line “Refund Request”; your CP3 account email; transaction or invoice number (from your Paddle receipt); and the date of charge.

We will confirm receipt and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 days of approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

You may also contact Paddle via paddle.net using the link in your receipt.

4. Cancellations (Without Refund)

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access until that date. Cancellation alone does not automatically issue a refund.

After the 14-day guarantee period, fees already paid are non-refundable, including for unused time in your billing period.

5. Billing Errors and Exceptional Circumstances

We will refund duplicate charges, unauthorised charges, or clear billing errors. Contact billing@cp3.ai with details. These requests are reviewed case-by-case.

6. European Economic Area and United Kingdom Consumers

If you are a consumer in the EEA or UK, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of purchase. To exercise this right, contact us at billing@cp3.ai within 14 days.

Where you have begun using paid CP3 features during the withdrawal period, applicable law may affect your statutory right. Our 14-day money-back guarantee in Section 2 is intended to provide a clear, accessible refund path.

Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

7. Currency and Payment Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible. If your payment was converted from another currency, the refunded amount may differ slightly due to exchange rates and bank fees between the charge date and refund date.

8. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We will work in good faith to resolve billing concerns. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above indicates when it was last revised. Material changes will be communicated where required by law.
